Are you an excellent housing manager , experienced in dealing with antisocial behaviour looking for even more of a challenge ? If so this may be the ideal role for you. This role will be based in Chalk Hill, Wembley, although this will be your main office, the postholder will be expected to cover cases across North- West London, Hertfordshire as well as Berkshire and Oxfordshire.

At MTVH customers are our number one priority. For the role of a Tenancy Enforcement Lead we seek an ambitious, confident, and assertive individual who will contribute towards creating a positive impact to the way we provide our service to our customers.

The Role of a Tenancy Enforcement Lead will be challenging yet rewarding. You will be responsible leading investigations into tenancy fraud and managing high level ASB cases across our general needs , leasehold, and Care & Support homes. You will need to know how to gather evidence effectively, prepare witness statements and legal packs for court cases as well as attending ASB evictions. You will also support our Local Housing Managers with regular reviews of their ASB cases and assist them with supporting victims and helping customers to sustain their tenancies.

Building strong partnerships with external organisations such as the Police, Local Stakeholders, Council Community Safety teams and our tenancy fraud investigators will also be a key element of your role and you will be expected to develop a strong network of support in your areas.

What you will need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to deal calmly in challenging situations. You will have to be concise and have an eye for the detail especially when it comes to gathering evidence and preparing witness statements. Being able to have honest and open conversations in sensitive situations will be necessary as you deal with issues such as tenancy fraud, supporting victims and tackling perpetrators of ASB.

Extensive experience of ASB case management as well as a good working knowledge of ASB legislation and the tools used to tackle ASB in a social housing setting.

Training on the role

There is ongoing training provided due to nature of the role to ensure your skills and knowledge are always up to date with current situation. But it is highly beneficial if you have some previous experience in dealing with complex casework, gathering evidence, and going to Court.
