Summary

Learning Support Assistant

- Position: Learning Support Assistant (1-1 Basis with Pupil with Special Educational Needs)
- Location: Primary Schools Across North West London
- Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to work on a 1-1 basis with pupils with special educational needs in primary schools across North West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in care to transition into an educational setting and continue their invaluable work supporting those in need.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to pupils with special educational needs.
- Assist with both academic and social/emotional development.
- Work closely with teachers to implement individualized learning plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Enhanced DBS on the online update service.

Requirements:
- Experience in care work, nursing, social work, or as a care assistant.
- A genuine desire to help young people in their learning and personal growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
