Your new role
As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Processing payroll from start-to-finish, ensuring accuracy throughout the payroll cycle
- Processing statutory payments and deductions as well as considering and updating information to company-enhanced schemes
- Processing new starters and leavers accordingly
- Payment of any overtime, bonus, pay increases, variations to change in work patterns
- Assisting with setting up BACS payments for salaries, pension payments, and HMRC liabilities
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong initiative to manage all aspects of payroll administration
- High attention to detail for efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing
- A keen team player
- Familiarity with SAP and ADP is advantageous
- Proficiency with Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
