Payroll Specialist *Tech* Between £45k-£50k
Your new company
Hays has exclusively partnered with an exciting Tech company who are growing their finance team. You will be solely responsible for the UK & Europe payrolls and have the opportunity to take ownership in this new role.
Your new role
As the Payroll Specialist, you will be managing:
- Month-end closing processes including journals and reconciliations
- Ensuring compliance with group accounting guidelines
- Proposing and implementing new and amended procedures and systems
- Supporting the EMEA operations with payments, expenses and benefits administration
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience processing UK & International Payrolls
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Strong proficiency with Excel
- Experience with payroll compensation related matters
- Have the ability to work independently yet collaboratively with various stakeholders
