Summary
Medacs Healthcare are currently recruiting for Complex Care Nurses.
Working in line with the company ethos to deliver excellent and Complex care to patients being treated in their own homes. We are currently recruiting experienced Complex care Nurses in the Stoke on Trent area.
The Complex Care Team are looking for a Band 6 Community Nurse to support their team for a boy in Stoke on Trent on a 3 month placement. We require children's nurses with skills in medicine administration, enteral feeding, seizure recognition and management and community experience.
- Band 6 - Community Nurse
- Working: Nights & Twilight shifts
- Hours: Twilight to be negotiated with the family, Night - 22:00 - 07:00
- Experience working with children, and/or nurses with ITU experience
- Management of tracheotomy's, ventilators and complex seizures.
- Location: Stoke on Trent
- Driving Licence essential
- Start as soon as possible for 12 weeks
Additional Information
- Patient is epileptic
- Needs enteral feeding and meds
- Displays uncontrolled movements which seem like lashing out but he's not
