As Account Manager you will:
- Correspond regularly with customers via visits, email & the telephone
- Offer support and understanding to your customers
- Build great relationships with customers to network & identify business opportunities
- Deal with customer queries/issues
- Accurately process customers' orders and update CRM records
- Research for new business opportunities
- Review customer trends
The Account Manager will have:
- Lots of enthusiasm, excellent communication skills and be willing to learn and grow
- Good IT skills
- Experience working as part of a team
- Ability to deal with a varied workload
- Previous Account Management experience or sales or similar
