Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Support Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the college's administrative functions. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and supporting various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the college.
Provide comprehensive support to the senior management team.
Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and events.
Handle correspondence, reports, and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Manage budgets, financial records, and procurement processes.
Facilitate communication between departments and ensure effective information flow.
Supervise and support administrative staff, providing training and development as needed.
Address and resolve any operational issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree , or above, in Education, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar administrative or managerial role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to manage budgets and financial records.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in both Chinese and English
