Your Impact:

  • ️ Conduct top-tier Stock Condition Surveys, HHSRS checks, and Energy Surveys for robust asset planning.
  • Prioritise properties based on condition, inspection dates, and strategic factors.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Execute surveys adhering to HHSRS standards and addressing non-compliance.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and contribute to data validation for programmed works.
  • ☣️ Identify and record potential hazards for future management and removal.
  • Ensure safe and compliant delivery of works across all service areas.
  • Support data management activities, fostering collaboration across the business.

Your Expertise:

  • Significant experience in property maintenance or construction.
  • Customer-focused service delivery experience.
  • Expertise in stock condition surveys, HHSRS checks, and property-related data management.

Qualifications:

  • BTEC, NEBOSH, or equivalent property/construction qualification. or a composite of experience, skills and competences relating to property investment/construction.
  • HHSRS accreditation is a plus.

Your Toolkit:

  • ⌛ Flexible and reliable, with a knack for efficient time management.
  • Proficient in using mobile devices.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Customer-Focused.
