Summary

Sweet Cures is a fast-growing Anglo-French nutraceutical company producing premium natural health supplements. It has over twenty years of experience supplying health food stores, pharmacies, hospitals, and direct customers.

Located in the beautiful City of York and 20 minutes walk from the train station, we seek an organised, dynamic, and enthusiastic talent who is passionate about people's health. This role would see the applicant speaking to business and domestic customers, offering advice on our products, accepting and processing orders, and dealing with customer-related issues via phone and email.

Salary starts from £24,000 to £28,000 per year, depending on work experience and skill set.

The applicant is required to speak French to assist with the customer service role for our European customer base. Sales or office role experience is preferable, and full training will be provided.

Customer Support Responsibilities:
Support customers with product queries.
Process card payments from domestic and business sales.
Maintains support knowledge by researching health conditions and products sold.
Prepares paperwork for shipments, such as customs notes, address labels, and understands the dispatch process.
Provides after-care service by phone, email, and social media.
Flexibility with a willingness to support other departments where necessary.
Maintains a high standard of organisation with good communication, an understanding of email data, and managing paperwork.

Work Hours & Benefits:
The position is full-time, available Monday through Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. It offers a competitive hourly wage and a work-based pension.

Qualifications and Skills:
Native or fluent speaker in French plus English with strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Desktop publishing tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Familiar with social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok).
Time-management skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Degree-level education is preferred but not essential.
Experience in customer service/sales in health food stores or pharmacies is preferred.
Third language preferable: Spanish, Italian, or German.
