Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Due to the promotion of the current Vice Principal to Head of School, Carr Junior is seeking an exceptional Vice Principal who can demonstrate inclusive and inspirational teaching provision and leadership, and who has the proven skills, attributes and knowledge to support the Head of School in continuing to drive forward improvements at the school.
You will strive for excellence in all you do and be highly committed to providing a first class provision for all our children. You will be the named SENCo for the school and also hold responsibility for our Sparks provision; our internal setting for our most vulnerable pupils, therefore it is essential that you hold a SENCo qualification or that you are committed to achieving this.
