Summary


We are seeking an experienced Radiographer to join our team as a Clinical Informaticist – Imaging/PACS.

You will be required to facilitate change management processes related to Radiology and other Imaging related services and subsequent stakeholders or impacted departments to:

The Clinical Lead Informaticist is responsible and accountable for implementation of robust systems and processes that ensure there is a continuing improvement in the quality of the service provided to patients, safety to staff and visitors to the Trust premises, who may be affected by the work of the Trust.

Please note internal applicants currently employed by ESNEFT will be offered on a secondment basis only.
• Understand the digital strategy and support all areas of digital change being introduced and how it will be delivered.
• Understand existing ways of working across the Trust and facilitate the utilisation and integration to a single Electronic Patient Record (EPR) where the health record is in use.
• Implement the strategy for clinical and technical standardisation throughout the ESNEFT estate
• Work with various stakeholders in defining the existing and future state of patient related tasks and processes
• Validate the new ways of working and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Work with senior management and clinical staff to sign off new processes with appropriate governanc
• Identify and lead on benefits outside of the business case to ensure that these are tracked and measured
• Produce training materials, enhancement proposals and support a standard approach to governance of clinical and operational systems.
