Role and Responsibilities: As a SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students with ASC, ADHD, and SEMH.
- Create a supportive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and their families.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes the well-being and development of all students.

Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with ASC, ADHD, and SEMH.
- Strong understanding of the challenges and best practices in SEN education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine commitment to supporting the development of every child.
