Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our well establish Preschool room. We are looking to hire a room Leader deputy.
You will support the room leader with the running of a room of up to 33 children. You will also be managing 5-6 staff you shall also be supporting your team with the work and encouraging them to be the best that they can be and give our children the very best start in life.
You shall need to have good communication skills and be able to build bond with your team as well as the children and parents that are in your care.
You shall also be working with the Pre-school managers and liaise with them on opens and closes of the nursery.
You must have at least a level 3 in early years and have a strong knowledge of the EYFS.
We will support you with additional training in SEN, safeguarding, equality and diversity, fire safety, paediatric first aid and much more.
You shall be working with a team that treats you like a family member and not just a number.
We run fun days throughout the year.
