Summary
Title: Food Production Operative / Warehouse Operative The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives for a new seasonal opportunity starting in the Chichester area; this is an exciting opportunity for those seeking a new role.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities: To quality check produce along a conveyor line in a cleanroom environment Pack carts/Production trollies to the required standard and in accordance with required volumes. Record, report food wastage Ensure production schedules are met. Support other departments and teams when and where required to maintain production/dispatch schedule. All products meet the required standard before continuing along production Adhere to clean as you go standard Skills and Knowledge: Team player with good communication, basic literacy and numeracy skills A can do, positive working attitude Reliability and Flexibility Working hours; 3 on, 3 off operating shift across a 7 day working week, 6am to 7pm For more information please contact Jordan or Demi at The Best Connection.

- Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Induction Training

- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
- Training Provided
- Weekend Work
