Your new role
The job of Finance Analyst will be a varied one. It will involve:
- Providing insights into business performance
- Provide reporting and KPI analysis
- Profitability and efficiency analysis across divisions within the business
- Analysis of costs
- Working closely with the senior management team to develop tools to report KPI's and profitability
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Assist with month-end processes
- Month end actual v forecast reporting
- Review the management accounts and supporting analysis
- Assisting with preparing presentations for the management team at month-end and quarterly performance.
- Assisting with the annual external audit and internal financial control audits
- Cashflow forecasting
- Assisting with budget preparations
- Assisting with the year-end reporting process and statutory accounts production
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have good excel skills, along with analysis and reporting experience and ideally be from a manufacturing background (although this is not essential). The individual will be looking for a role that is varied and happy with attending meetings to support the senior management team.
What you'll get in return
The job comes with a salary of £35,000- £40,000 per annum, along with hybrid working, 25 days holiday + stats, a generous pension scheme and a performance related bonus.
