Summary
Team Manager – Engagement
(SEMH and SEN- Continu Plus Academy).
Full-time 37.5 hrs – £35,424 - £39,741 per annum depending on qualifications/experience.
The ContinU Plus Academy is an “Outstanding” Alternative provision free school based in Kidderminster with a capacity of 128 pupils. The CPA is a stand-alone academy that supports the local area providing a safe and caring school base that aims high and allows pupils to re-engage positively with their education.

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership skills and a compassionate and diligent approach to providing supportive environments that meet a pupil's social, physical and mental health needs, and which facilitate engagement, communication, choice and control.
You will be responsible for and support the staff to:
· Develop and review pupil centred plans, and contribute to IBP support plans and positive risk assessments
· Implement and evaluate interventions for individuals
· Communicate and liaise with families and outside agencies
· Encourage reflective working practice within the team and individual staff development through appraisals
