LTF Recruitment is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join the support staff team at a fantastic school in their on-site nursery and EYFS classes. This role involves bringing your expertise and experience in working with young children to provide excellent support and teaching. You will play a key role in managing the experience of pupils and their parents. The position starts in the new academic year, working term-time, with the possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Support children's development and learning.
- Act as a key worker for a designated group of pupils.
- Assist the Class Teacher with lesson delivery.
- Prepare the classroom and learning materials.
- Address the needs of all children, including those with diagnosed or emerging SEND.
Requirements:
- Experience in a high-quality nursery setting.
- Relevant Early Years Qualification, Level 3 or above.
- Drive, motivation, and a genuine passion for education.
