Summary


Exciting opportunity within the has arisen to recruit a Quality Manager to work within MFT's Apprenticeship Department

Reporting to the Apprenticeship Service Manager, you will be an experienced Quality Manager , who will have developed knowledge and experience of Apprenticeship programmes

As a , Quality Manager you will have good leadership, communication and organisational skills, lead on the maintenance of and reporting of quality standards for the department by leading continuous improvement in the department, designing and implementing KPI monitoring systems and tracking quality metrics for evidence of improvement and taking corrective action

You will be able to motivate, coach and support others to work together collaboratively.

We are looking for an enthusiastic applicant who is passionate about delivering a high quality Educational programmes.

We would welcome informal visits and telephone / teams meeting to discuss further and to provide further insight into the role.

As the Quality manager you will be a natural leader and act as a role model to ensure the delivery of apprenticeship training .

You will champion excellent teaching and learning as well as ensuring that the delivery is compliant with the academic and vocational standards prescribed by the awarding bodies/ supporting Ofsted and all other external inspections.

You’ll bring your amazing project management skills and an ability to think conceptually and ‘outside the box’ challenging ‘what’ we do and ‘why’. With skillful tact and diplomacy, you’ll be confident in positively challenging colleagues and will use an enthused yet meticulous style to deliver a challenging agenda.

As Quality Manager you will have proven experience of lead on the maintenance of and reporting of all quality standards for the department.

You will lead on the Annual Self Assessment and coordination of the Quality Improvement Plan.

Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop new and maintain/quality assure programmes
