Summary
We are WR Fundraising Recruitment and we are thrilled to be working with an incredible regional health care charity seeking a talented and dynamic Individual Giving Manager to lead on the planning and delivery of individual giving activity for the charity.
Leading and line-managing a dedicated and accomplished individual giving team, as Individual Giving Manager you’ll be responsible for driving donor acquisition through strategic direct marketing campaigns, whilst playing a key role in maximising donor retention through exceptional stewardship practices. You’ll take the lead on the charity’s thriving lottery, working with colleagues and external agencies to deliver this important product. On top of that, the Individual Giving Manager will have the exciting opportunity to develop and implement a fresh approach to legacy fundraising, propelling the charity towards a future of deeper donor engagement and impactful fundraising.
You’ll also work closely with the Head and Deputy Head of Fundraising to develop fundraising strategy, budgets and plans.

Salary – Circa £34,500
Duties will include:
• Leading on individual giving as a whole and developing appeals to increase income from various channels
• Creating compelling direct mail campaigns using data insights to boost donor engagement and income
• Overseeing the delivery of the charity’s thriving lottery programme
• Developing new and innovative approaches to legacy giving
• Working with colleagues to shape overall fundraising strategies across the charity
• Line managing the individual giving team
The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience delivering direct marketing campaigns, along with at least one other individual giving channel (in-memory, legacy, lottery, regular giving)
• Be an engaging and persuasive communicator with the ability to produce engaging and compelling fundraising campaigns and communications
• Have experience of developing and delivering donor stewardship pathways
• Be able to lead and inspire a team of fantastic fundraisers
