I am seeking a skilled, competent and empathetic Registered Manager to play a pivotal role in the day to day management of a highly regarded elderly care home in Olton. You will join a reputable establishment dedicated to providing exceptional care for their residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and management to the care home team, fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence in care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures, maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety.
