We are looking for a new team member to provide administrative support to thePodiatryLeadership Teamin Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.This is aunique opportunity to undertake an administrative role within the Trust that is non-patient facing.


This isa fixed term post till March 31st, 2025.The post will be under review and there is a possibility it could become permanent.


The postholder will support the effective operation of The Podiatry Service by providing organisational, administrative, and secretarial support to The Podiatry Service Manager, The Podiatry Clinical Leads and Podiatry Team Leaders. The successful applicant isexpected to work autonomously within guiding principles to make decisions whereappropriate usingtheir knowledge of relevant organisational and service procedures.The postholder is expected to liaise effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, external organisations, and the public, dealing with confidential information inan appropriate manner.Youwill manage a variety of tasks and competing demands, often re-organising priorities at short notice, whilst also ensuring all other routine and unplanned tasks are completed withinappropriate deadlines.


The is a new development post within the Podiatry Service.

• To be thecentral pointof contact andmaintainrelationships across the Podiatry Leadership team,assistingin the development and maintenance of efficient and effective procedures.
• Tobe responsible formonitoring and checking financial data.
• Plan and arrange meetings and events which may be internal orexternal to the service, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made, such as room bookings, refreshments, etc.
• Responsible for all non-local podiatry service stock ordering via P2P Unit4 procurement system and liaising with procurement department.
• Supportingthe work ofthe Podiatry Leadership team,ensuring confidential correspondence, reports and other documentation is if a high standard and delivered when expected.
