Summary
1. To maintain accurate records of Fire Safety training
2. Design, develop, prepare and deliver a wide range of fire safety training to all staff throughout the organisation specific to their individual need and departmental requirements, in the with the Trusts Training needs Analysis
3. Record attendees, feedback information and outcomes on the NBT systems
4. Organise training dates, times and locations with all wards / departments to ensure training is delivered to all staff
5. Where necessary, support wards / departments with the execution of Fire Safety drills
6. To provide Fire Safety advice on training as directed by the Fire Safety manager
7. To ensure Local Fire Evacuation procedures are in place and drills are being conducted to test these
8. To resolve Fire Safety non-compliance issues and promote high standards related to Fire Safety training.
