Summary

Our client operates as an electricity producer, developing a wide variety of renewable energy sources across wind, solar, hydro, biomass, and storage. Additionally, they offer services to third-party clients, including Development, EPC and O&M, and Distribution companies.

The role sits within the UK development which operates across England, Scotland and Wales. They have a growing pipeline of projects under development, and you will be responsible for managing projects at various stages of development driving a successful planning determination.

Responsibilities:


- Ensure the entry of all the entries of these different companies
- Establish monthly, quarterly and annual closings for the scope covered, including tax returns and annual accounts.
- Participate in the group's accounting closing: Establish the income statement and balance sheet in the consolidation software (HFM), process IFRS homogenization entries
- Updating Reconciliation Files
- Monthly preparation of customer invoices and follow-up of accounting processing
- Follow-up on requests for assistance from the accounting team in relation to OLA and tool improvements/fixes


Requirements:


- In-depth knowledge of accounting and taxation
- Minimum 3+ years in Accounting
- Experience and knowledge of an ERP system are essential skills (SAP, IFS, Oracle, etc.
- As a partner, the accountant collaborates and works in partnership with representatives of other entities
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, good interpersonal skills and is able to adapt to changing environments,
- Work methodology and rigour, ability to report.
