Summary

Care Team Leader based at Adlington House HWC, Wolstanton

Available Hours:

Permanent - Full Time - 37.5 hours per week.

About the role

The successful candidate will directly manage and supervise the care and ancillary staff to enable them to maximise their potential through leadership, example, training and guidance.

You will be expected to form and maintain open and constructive relationships with all who have either an interest, or statutory duty, to ensure good practice and so enhance the quality of life for the residents. These will include residents, relatives/carers, staff (local, Regional and Head Office, volunteers, Chaplain together with statutory service professionals).

As a member of the Management Team you will take temporary complete charge during the absence of the Registered Care Manager.

It is a requirement of the role that you can help maintain throughout the service the atmosphere and practice of care based on the Values of MHA deriving from a concern for the individual and mutual respect between residents and staff.
