• Position: Specialist Chef De Partie - Japanese
• Employer: Luxury Pan Asian Restaurant
• Location: Essex, London
• Salary : £39,000 - £42,000 per annum
• Working days / hours: 38 - 42 hours within a 5/6 day week
• Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), income boosting incentives, employer’s workplace pension, meals on duty etc and more
• Prospects: Salary review; promotion, recognition and reward for outstanding performance
Skilfully preparing, cooking and finishing a range of complex dishes and delicacies specific to country and regional theme of our restaurant and menu. Further duties and responsibilities include a range of kitchen operation tasks commensurate with job role
To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -
• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• High level creative skills and mastery in preparation of authentic Japanese dishes and other specialities
• Previous experience in this role as per UKVI Skilled Worker criteria (for non UK applicants)
• Resident within commutable distance of up to 1 hour
In addition you should also be:-
• Performance, achievement and results driven
• Have an eye for detail
• Able to work well with others
• Creative energetic and passionate about delivering culinary excellence
• A hardworking, fastidious and conscientious individual
• FAST PACED AND BE ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
