Summary
Are you an experienced Digital Engineering Manager seeking a fresh challenge working for a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor?
As a skilled Digital Engineering Manager you will be joining my clients Design team, operating your week with 3 days on site and 2 days remote. As Digital Engineering Manager will have a strong background in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and a proven track record of successfully implementing digital engineering solutions in construction projects. My client is seeking a candidate who excels in relationship building & management, with responsibilities split between building connections and technical aspects.
The Role
- Proficiency in BIM Documentation (ISO19650-1, ISO19650-2, ISO19650-3, BS 1192-4:2014, ISO19650:5).
- Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience in COBie Data Management.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to divisional BIM procedures, processes, and plans.
- Lead and manage the Digital Engineering team on the project.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing digital engineering teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as BIM Level 2 accreditation, are preferred.
