Summary


We are looking for an Occupational Therapy Divisional Service Lead for Hand therapy including MSK and plastic outpatients, rheumatology and pain outpatients and inpatients services ; Orthopaedics, Surgery and cancer and critical care. You should be working at MSc level and you will need to have highly developed clinical skills, be experienced at working with patients with highly complex needs applying evidence based therapy.

With skills in staff development and leadership, recruitment and retention, service evaluation and improvement, as well as being committed to progressing patient services, you will be responsible for the delivery of excellent care by the Occupational Therapy department.

This post requires some weekend / Bank Holiday working.

You will be an experienced Occupational Therapist with highly developed clinical skills.

You will work closely with all Occupational Therapy staff within the Occupational Therapy department at Addenbrooke’s Hospitalto ensure the delivery of high quality patient care that meetspatient’s needs and expectations.

Youwill, in liaison with the Professional Lead coordinate the day to day running of the service, including recruitment and retention, staff management and development and service delivery and development.
