Your new role working as a Brokers Assistant / Broker support Technician will be working for an established appointed representative working for an International Lloyd's broker. Who navigate one of the world's largest reinsurance market. Their unique offering enables them to deliver traditional London market solutions, design innovative InsurTech and who also compliant solutions markets within the Middle East, North Africa and around the world. Due to an expansion within their Technical team a new position has arisen for a Brokers Assistant/ Broker Support technician has arisen working closely with a Broker.
Your new role
Working as a Brokers Assistant/ Broker Support technician, you will be working closely with a Producing Broker where you will be responsible for producing MRC slips and endorsements as well as entering data onto the IBS system and processing new submissions. Other duties include working with the Lloyd's broker with regards to the compliance processes. You will be working with a range of classes of Business to include Property, Casualty, Marine as well as Energy emanating from the Middle East and Worldwide
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working Broker support Technician/ Broker back up Technician , dealing with Non Marine business will contribute to your success in securing this role. Ideally you will experience of MRC slip production, but they are willing to train. You will be happy to work for a small independent Broker hybrid working 3 days a week
