Summary

Teaching Personnel are looking for Learning Support Mentors to join one of our schools in the Ely area. The school caters for boys aged 5-16 years with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to SEN students with a range of needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualised learning plans for each student.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the unique needs and learning styles of SEN students.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to help students build confidence and self-esteem.

Requirements:
- Available full-time
- Previous experience with SEN is desirable
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting the unique needs of SEN students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to the changing needs of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
