Summary
We are an IT Support and Managed Service Provider to SMEs across many different sectors.
We are looking to recruit an experienced IT Support Engineer to join the team based in Burscough, Our client base is UK wide, although the majority of work will be remote support from our Burscough Offices
We are looking for a competent 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing guidance on best practices. The ideal candidate must have experience in the IT industry, a strong understanding of network and system administration, and excellent customer service skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
Create and maintain documentation of technical solutions.
Provide feedback to the team on product issues and feature requests.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
The successful candidate should display the following qualities:
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, customer focused and commercially aware.
Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Excellent package is available for the successful applicant. A full clean valid driving licence is preferred.
