Site Manager - EWI / Renewable housing - Ayrshire -Salary 45K plus van.
I have a new opportunity for an experienced Site Managers to join a renewable energy client due to a new contract win!
This client is forward thinking and renewable energy really is the future. Therefore making this a great opportunity to join a company that is capitalising on the energy market. The position will see you run domestic housing projects from small individual private properties to larger housing association sites.
You will be modernising properties within the EWI market, loft insulation, boiler replacements, heat pump sources. Updating properties to be more economical in the energy market.
Person specification:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Trade qualification
- Ideally previous experience within the domestic maintenance sector upgrading properties.
- Multi-trade experience
Responsibilities:
- Working as part of the site team.
- Site Induction's
- Review of all subcontractors
- RAMS
- Adhere to company quality standards
- Plan and manage all sub contractor and direct reports
- Ensure that programme is delivered on time and to budget
