We have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Relief / Bank Support Worker.

We have a great opportunity available for a Night Relief Support Worker to join our team based in Gillingham, Kent on a part time, permanent, flexible hours basis working as and when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key work and support clients generally within your service,
  • Provide personal care to identified clients
  • Take an active role in the assessment and management of risk and maintaining a clear and calm manner
  • Manage and facilitate client meetings
  • Ensure that all medication within the project is managed in line with Trust policy and procedures.
  • Assist in the management of the referral process within the service to achieve agreed occupancy levels
  • Apply Emergency First Aid response to clients and any other person in the building/grounds

A satisfactory enhanced DBS and Adults Barred List check is required for this role and job offers will be subject to the Trust receiving satisfactory evidence of the successful applicants right to work in the UK.

About THE SHRUBBERY

The Shrubbery is a registered care home for men with multiple and complex needs, including substance misuse, mental health issues and physical care needs. It offers 28 bedrooms, of which 14 are wheelchair accessible, and 20 are ensuite.
