We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Support Worker.

We have a great opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team based in Gillingham, Kent on a permanent basis, working 40 hours per week.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £24,770 per annum as well as other generous benefits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key work and support clients generally within your service,
  • Provide personal care to identified clients
  • Take an active role in the assessment and managing client risk in a clear and calm manner.
  • Manage client meetings and facilitate the Client Inclusion and Training representatives
  • Ensure that all medication within the service is managed in line with Trust policy and procedures.
  • Assist in the management of the referral process within the service to achieve agreed occupancy levels

The Shrubbery is a registered care home for men with multiple and complex needs, including substance misuse, mental health issues and physical care needs. It offers 28 bedrooms, of which 14 are wheelchair accessible, and 20 are ensuite.
