Summary
Branch Manager
To be responsible for the day to day running of the depot and its employees, reporting to the directors. This role would also suit someone with an excellent track record within the plant sector who is looking to move up the career ladder in to a management position.
Main duties
To effectively run the branch
To lead and motivate depot staff.
Identify and develop new business opportunities,
To take customer orders, negotiate hire terms and arrange delivery and collection in accordance with customer requirements
Ensure all operations comply with all current Company Policies, Systems and Procedures
Effectively implement the Company Health, Safety, Welfare and Environmental Policies
Ensure Transport Activities are conducted in accordance with legislative and O Licence requirements.
