Summary
Are you eager for a new opportunity in an innovative, forward-thinking school? Dovelands Primary School is currently seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to lead our Foundation 1 (Nursery) provision starting from August 2024.
We seek an exceptional and passionate practitioner who can play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent outcomes for our youngest learners. The ideal candidate will adeptly implement the Early Years Framework with creativity and innovation, utilising a range of teaching methodologies and possessing a deep understanding of child development.
A secure understanding of the progression towards Early Learning Goals across all areas of learning is essential. Furthermore, effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a cohesive team are paramount.
