Summary
VDrecruiment is recruiting for a leading, beautiful & spacious 60 capacity nursery setup which is a well know nursery chain through out UK.
I am hiring for an amazing setup which is not only "Good Ofsted Rated by also has a fabulous team of qualified and friendly Staff.
This big nursery chain is looking for Qualified and Well experienced Senior Nursery Nurse / Nursery Room Leader.
Salary: £28k
Location – Chesham HP5
Hours – Minimum 4 days a week + full support from lovely Director and Manager.

Duties of a Nursery Room Leader/ Nursery Team Leader are below:
To oversee the day to day running of the room.
To be approachable for parents and staff and responsible for the care, well-being and safety of all children & staff reporting to you.
To take an active role within the senior management team.
To ensure adherence to health and safety policies & practice.
To ensure Nursery policies and procedures are adhered to.
To induct, train, coach, mentor and supervise the Nursery practitioners.
To identify training needs.
