Summary
Spray Centre is currently recruiting a Coatings & Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. Based in branch the role involves interacting with customer via various methods including email, telephone, WhatsApp and face to face. The candidate will be working in a small, close-knit team and should be self-motivated, proactive, use their initiative and follow health and safety practices. Previous motor factor or motor repair industry experience is beneficial.
Hours: 45 per week (8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday)
Starting from £28,000 depending on experience
28 days holiday and sick pay support

Principle Duties and Responsibilities.
To interact with customers needing advice and record orders by email, telephone and WhatsApp
Serve customers over our trade counter
Providing providing great levels of Customer Service advising customers on our range of product
Supporting trade accounts both over the phone, via email and face to face
Assisting the branch is clean and tidy
Supporting with deliveries coming into store
To be aware of key points in time during the working day
To be aware of and follow the appropriate operating procedures for the activities in hand
To undergo whatever training is deemed necessary in order to develop and improve your contribution
To ensure that your area of operation is kept clean, tidy and safe
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience of working in the automotive or coatings industry is an advantage but not essential as training will be given
Good numeric and literacy skills
I.T. and Microsoft Access
Able to work in a methodical orderly and tidy manner
Good attendance and punctuality record
Be able to follow Health & Safety Regulations
