Summary

**Job Title: Project Worker (Link Academy)**

**Location:** Based at LinkLiving’s Kirkcaldy office, with regular travel throughout Fife.

**Hours:** 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday, 9-5)

**The Service:**
Link Academy supports people with complex backgrounds through mental health and wellbeing programs, independent living skills, and various qualifications in employability, tenancy, personal development, and leadership.

**Job Purpose:**
Support individuals to achieve their goals through group work, enhancing their knowledge and skills. Recruit, train, and support program participants, ensure high standards, and provide monitoring information on project outcomes. Promote LinkLiving’s programs and support individuals towards positive destinations such as education, training, or employment.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Standard grade passes (or equivalent) in core subjects.
- **Experience:** Coordinating training courses, working with complex needs individuals.
- **Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of the Trauma Skilled Practice Framework, excellent communication, adaptability, non-judgemental attitude, and understanding of employability and volunteering initiatives.
- **Other:** Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
