Showcasing creativity through the creation of engaging short-form videos, tailored for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
Adapting content to fit seasonality, and getting ahead of emerging trends.
Leveraging platforms like Pinterest, by executing brand inspiration and amplifying the Hillary’s messaging.
Collaborating cross-functionally on larger brand campaigns, by working with different teams across the business to plan and create engaging content.

Why should you consider this role? Here are just a few reasons:

Make an impact: Shape our brand's narrative and engage with our audience, driving traffic and amplifying the Hillarys story.
Work as part of a team: Work collaboratively in a small but supportive team, focused on maintaining consistency and excellence in our social media efforts.

2-3 years of experience working in social media is essential.
The ability to manage various channels and campaigns across multiple brands.
Organisation: The ability to prioritise effectively, to meet deadlines and exceed goals.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
Social listening – adopt a reactive approach, keeping up-to-date with social algorithm changes, and know what’s arising.
Creative Flair: Bring ideas to life through your filming, editing, and publishing skills, for the creation of short-form videos.
Experience in writing compelling content that resonates with audiences across platforms.
The ability to work from your own initiative and adopt creativity in idea generation.

You’ll receive a wide range of benefits, including generous colleague discount for you (and family and friends!), a healthcare and lifestyle benefits package and a wide range of wellbeing initiatives.

We understand that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach, and with this in mind, we are dedicated to providing an inclusive workplace where every colleague feels valued and comfortable to be their true self.
