We're on the lookout for a dynamic addition to our team. Our ideal candidate is perhaps someone already in a Deputy position, or some one who is a Senior Room Leader or 3rd in charge, eager to take the next step in their career journey.
Key Responsibilities
· To support the Setting Manager to manage the provision of the setting ensuring that children, parents and the staff team work together to provide high quality childcare.
· To Support the Setting Manager with the management of meeting the day-to-day financial targets and managing the occupancy ensuring maximum capacity.
· To support the management of the staff teams effectively.
· To agree and set nursery goals with the Setting Manager, monitor the achievement of progress against targets.
· To monitor and assess the quality of provision ensuring that policies and procedures, best practice and standards are maintained.
