Summary

Hays Education is working with a large primary school in Dudley to recruit an experienced Early Years Teacher to join them after May half-term.

Your new role
We are looking for a person who can demonstrate vision, resilience, and empathy. You should have a good knowledge and understanding of the Early Years curriculum and demonstrate a complete commitment to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils. You will also need to...

  • Create engaging lesson plans that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience of teaching in EYFS or key stage 1
  • A thorough knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and the expectations for reception
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
  • A creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning
