We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to join our team. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a variety of schools, students, and subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the KS2 curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
- Assess, track, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best teaching practices.
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere and maintain effective behaviour management strategies.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events as required.
- Continuously engage in professional development to stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
- Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment procedures.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to promoting an inclusive and diverse learning environment.
- Enthusiasm for professional development and lifelong learning.
