In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving the efficiency of our coronial services, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed accurately and timely. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in coronial services and business development, with a proven track record of success in managing complex projects and driving business growth. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as you will be leading a team of professionals and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of our coronial services.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our coronial services, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed accurately and timely.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive constant improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in coronial services.
Proven track record of success in managing complex projects and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Hours Per Week: 35:00
Start Time: 08:30
End Time: 17:00
