Your main focus is on growing our subscription sales through retaining existing business and identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities of this role include, but aren't limited to:

- Meeting and exceeding your sales targets and KPIs.

- Engaging with senior decision makers to deliver sales growth through renewals.

- Provide account management plans on clients

- Demonstrating our subscription products to clients via MS Teams or face to face.

- Providing reporting on customer usage.

- Developing our opportunity pipeline and maintaining in line with business targets.

- Developing an extensive knowledge of our subscription portfolio and of our client's products and services.

- Tracking/measuring/reporting sales KPIs.

- Contributing to product development ideas based on feedback and to customer engagement initiatives to support plans to drive product usage.

- Designing and delivering a sales plan.

In order to be successful in this role it's essential that you have:

- Experience in B2B subscription sales with a clear understanding of a B2B subscription model.

- Experience of account management and taking clients through a renewal process.

- Highly articulate and credible when communicating at a senior level.

- Good knowledge of a sales CRM, such as SalesForce or MS Dynamics.

It would be great if you had:

- Experience selling SaaS or intelligence subscriptions into tech, IT or data companies.
