Summary
Bar Manager required. To mange the bar service and ensure customers are served promptly and courteously. To coordinate bar staff and ensure the bar service is always effective and well managed. To work as part of the wider team, to always promote a positive image of the Company.
Must have a flexible approach to bar opening times. Usually 4.30 to 11.00pm Monday - Friday. Saturdays and occasional Sundays.
