Summary
urray Recruitment have an opportunity for a Service Coordinator based in Lanarkshire for a specialist building services company.
Working alongside the Service Manager overseeing Service Desk Administrators, ensuring the timely planning of all works to meet contract KPIs and completion of all associated administration.
Responsibilities
Overseeing and planning PPM and Reactive works
Logging breakdowns and scheduling works in line with SLAs
Processing job sheets and closing off works
Invoicing completed works
Generating quotations with Service Manger
Updating bespoke job management system
All associated admin and customer service
Experience
Experience of working on Helpdesk / Service Desk
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Strong IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Offering
£25k - £26k
Hours 8am - 5pm (Flexibility on start and finish times)
