As a Forecourt Sales Assistant your duties will include:
✔ Monitoring the store and forecourt ensures you offer a great customer experience.
✔ Serving customers and authorising fuel pumps promptly.
✔ Stock and merchandising replenishment.
✔ Assist with all customer enquiries regarding the products and services offered.
✔ Take pride in ensuring the store is clean and presentable at all times.
✔ You will be responsible for cash handling including taking card payments
✔ Report any discrepancies and problems to a supervisor.
✔ If required, handle any customer complaints in a professional manner.
About you:
✔ You will be approachable and able to provide excellent customer service at all times.
✔ Be a team player, ready and able to assist your colleagues.
✔ Be flexible and willing to help cover shifts for any absences.
✔ Be polite and articulate.
✔ Have good numeracy and problem-solving skills.
✔ Previous experience within a petrol station or retail environment is desired but not essential.
