Summary
The postholder will support the Lead Clinical Pharmacist in maintaining an excellent patient-centred service across Adult ITU and Cardiology at the Harley Street Clinic. This includes inpatient & outpatient areas. The postholder will deliver an efficient and effective, quality driven, pharmacy service to consistently meet the needs of all service users to the highest possible standard. The postholder will support the Head of Pharmacy with Medicines Management, Pharmacy Practice, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, and Clinical Governance matters by contributing to the development of activities and policies.
