Job Title: Regional Soft Services Manager
Location: Glasgow, covering the West and Central Belt
Salary: £40,000 per annum + Company Car
CWB are recruiting for a dynamic and experienced soft services professional in facilities management. We are seeking a talented individual to join our clients team as a Regional Soft Services Manager based in Glasgow, overseeing operations across the West and Central Belt Region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise soft services operations including cleaning across multiple sites within the West and Central Belt.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise service delivery, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Lead and motivate a team of service staff, providing training, guidance, and performance management to drive excellence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing any concerns or requests.
- Monitor service contracts and budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate resources and support operational objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management, with a focus on soft services, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and empower teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at building rapport with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mind set, capable of developing and executing plans to meet organisational objectives.
- Sound financial acumen, capable of managing budgets, analysing costs, and making data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Full UK driving license.
