Summary
Cater-Kwik Ltd in Ulverston are recruiting for a Business Administrator Apprentice. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 3 Business Administration qualification which will take approximately 18 months to complete.
Duties:
- General admin duties
- Filing, scanning, data entry, project work.
- Updating our popular website with text, images and text.
- Price maintenance
- Customer Service Duties
- Answering the telephone and replying to emails
- Order processing through relevant systems and following set procedures.
Requirements:
- We love enthusiastic people.
- Reliability and punctuality is also a big tick for us.
- Full training will be provided but as the role involves working on our website we'd prefer someone with presentable English writing abilities and a general affinity with IT would help.
- Own transport would be useful. We're not the easiest to get to via public transport. We do have a shuttle bus operating from Barrow through availability may be limited.
Grades:
There are no formal qualifications required.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. 2 x 15 minutes. 1 x 30 minutes (paid). 37.5 hours per week.
